The III ceremony of presenting the National Animation Award «IKAR» was held before the Day of Russian Animation, which is celebrated on April 8

The first cartoon in Russia appeared in 1912, and this year 105-year-old Russian animation is celebrated. In honor of this event, 50 largest studios from Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg came to get the cherished statuette.

Our victory

This year animation studio «Parovoz» won the category «Startup» with the animated series «Fantasy Patrol». Almost for a year the cartoon about four girls-sorceresses could collect around itself the big community of fans, as the victory in a nomination has proved.
