Tweetville animated series is shown within Suzdalfest competition program

XXIX Open Russian Animated Film Festival begins in Suzdal this day. “Waterpark” episode from the animated series “Tweetville” is presented in the category Series. In total, there are 14 cartoon-projects in it.

The best works have been chosen by the expert team, the cartoons will be shown to the guests, participants and jury of the festival, as well as on Suzdalfest.Online platform. The screening takes place in Suzdal from March 20 to March 25, 2024.

The festival also holds All-Russian event Open Premiere, in which episode 1 “Waterpark” and episode 6 “Space” from the animated series “Tweetville” take part.

The format of the event remains the same, it is public non-commercial screening of exclusive programs of new Russian short cartoons and episodes from animation studios. 89 regions of the country will take part in the event. Cartoons will be shown on large screens, at the cinema, in cultural centers, museums, libraries, schools and kindergartens.

Significant part of the festival is the audience voting for the best film, the results of which are announced at the closing ceremony on March 24. The winners will receive the People’s Choice Award from the whole country. On the basis of the voting results, three films with the majority of votes are declared winners of the Event. The authors of films that take the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places are awarded at the Closing Ceremony.
