Alexander Sablukov and Tatiana Tsyvareva joined the expert council on animated films at the ministry of culture of the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Culture published the Order on Expert Councils, which announced the members list of the new council for animated films. It includes Alexander Sablukov, CEO of Zero Plus Media, and Tatiana Tsyvareva, general producer of TV channel MULT and chief editor of TV channel Carousel. Together with other industry experts, they will evaluate animated films and prepare recommendations for the Ministry of Culture in the field of children’s content.
