TOP PRODUCERS AND DESIGNERS OF VR/AR TECHNOLOGIES GATHERED AT SPECIALIZED FESTIVAL

Parovoz Studio in the person of Marie Lida, head of VR-direction, took part in recent VR/AR festival in Skolkovo.
Virtual reality has reached almost all spheres of our life. Nowadays virtual simulators are used for training of pilots, doctors, cosmonauts. It is the virtual format that allows to see models of future buildings, cars, and other objects that, it can be said, are brought to life long before they become real. Besides engineering innovations, many museums, concert halls, and other art spaces use these high technologies, developing fresh trends in culture world.
Parovoz Studio is among top producers of innovative devices and app designers as well. It was one of the first to work out VR projects – entertaining apps based on its own cartoons.

VR/AR DEVELOPERS

There were some state companies and international corporations at the place as well, such as: Samsung, SeicoEpsonCorporatio, HP Inc., MSU developers, Skolkovo residents, Association of Virtual and Added Reality, Roscosmos, Russian Railways, Russian Museum, The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts and many others.
Marie Lida presented two VR projects of the studio at the festival. The first one is Magic Lantern VR – a game for VR devices based on the same name series. The project was released by Moolt Interactive Publishing House in 2017.

MOOLT VR

The second and the most recent project is family virtual cinema Moolt VR with game functions and interactive options. Moolt VR is the first interactive app for smartphones that support VR glasses. It combines favorite entertainments of families with children: game, cartoons watching, diving into cartoons atmosphere, communicating with characters, and cinema visiting. Before watching users can choose location from cartoon where the VR session will take place and animation characters that will accompany them at cinema.
