
The Animated Series “White Dreams” Wins People’s Jury Award at the III International Animation Film Festival “Animur”

From November 1 to 4, the III Annual International Animation Film Festival “Animur” took place in Khabarovsk, bringing together viewers, creators, experts, and representatives of the animation industry from Russia, Southeast Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region.
The episode “Storm” from the animated series “White Dreams” was awarded the People’s Jury Prize as the “Best Series in the 6+ Category.”
This year, the festival received a record number of submissions: 2,300 entries from 102 countries worldwide. Leading the number of projects submitted were Russia, Brazil, China, India, Iran, the USA, Argentina, France, Turkey, and the UK.
The animated project “White Dreams,” about the adventures of polar explorers, was created by the “Parovoz” animation studio commissioned by the “Digital Television” media holding, with the support of the Internet Development Institute (ANO “IRI”).
The story follows scientists Yura and Kolya, who live at a station on a drifting ice floe. They explore the region, assist oil workers, participate in launching a data center, rescue polar bears, communicate with animals using their inventions, make scientific discoveries, embrace adventures, and meet new friends.
