On February 28, winners in 18 categories were awarded at the Russian Licensing Awards ceremony for great achievements in the licensing industry in the domestic market at year-end 2023. The animation and character brand “Leo and Tig“, presented by 0+ Media, is recognized as the best licensed retail program. The series is produced by Parovoz, ordered by DTR.
